Call for Abstracts:

  • Categories: Clinical Medicine, Public Health, Basic Sciences, Quality Improvement, Health Innovation

  • Word Limit: 250–300

  • Submission Deadline: May 20 2025

  • Peer Review: Structured 2 weeks week review cycle

Review Process:

  • Managed by the STETHOCON Scientific Committee

  • Scoring Criteria: Relevance, Originality, Methodology, Potential Impact

  • Top submissions invited for Oral Presentations and Poster Presentations

  • All submission Abstracts to be published in the Special Edition of THE STETHO

Poster Guidelines:

  • Format: PDF (mandatory); optional interactive formats

  • Optional: 2–3 minute video summaries from presenters

  • Displayed in a Virtual Poster Gallery with threaded comment/discussion
